Aglione, belongs to the same family of  garlic, with almost magical features, as it offers all the benefits of garlic such as flavor and aroma, without any of the drawbacks. Its taste is slightly sweeter and more delicate than garlic, but at the same time it is  rich and very tasteful,  its scent is so full of sun, summer and open air that you will remain enchanted.
